The machine is used for pre-pressing process of making plywood, blockboard and decorative board.
The whole structure is designed based on advanced technology and new technological requirement.It is controlled automatically and the quality is very stable and reliable. The machine is automatically controlled with high precision and stable quality.
The electric system and hydraulic system of the machine have been tested precisely and the free-beam will not fall down by its own gravity.
The cylinders are made of super-hard metal ( plunger hardness above HRC55 ) , and sealed with low-resistance stepped gaskets , giving no oil-leakage, long service life and low maintenance cost.
There is feeding system which has no hurt for the plates. |
