The glue spreader uses thickened glue rollers of large diameter and high accuracy. The rollers are rigid with even gluing. The gear box is installed separately to guarantee good stability, low noise and long service life. Clamping and lifting the doctor rollers are realized by pneumatic device, which is safe, fast and convenient. Speed of major glue roller and outfeeding speed are adjustable to adapt to different working conditions. Emergency stop is also installed to prevent accidents.
